the whole video thing was so impromptu lor.. now that i think about it, i should have worn a nicer t-shirt and find a better backdrop for that video lah.. haha
Jayden, you are the first to get 2 tickets (2 for such a good entry!) to the Rush Hour event on the 9th of August 2007. For the rest of you, not to worry, the emails will be sent out once we have compiled all links together
so i have a date with all the rest 248 of you! see ya on national day!
You know like during gala premiers, movie preview events & etc., the important thing is NOT the free tickets?
it’s the once in a life time chance for you losers (yes, i’m one of them too) to get to watch movie with big stars and sometimes film makers, even though they’re are on the “Z” row and you’re like right at the end, on the “A” row..
the goodie bags are primary too, ‘cos most probably they’re gonna be exclusive stuff that people won’t get to grab them outside..
needless to say, the free movie tickets go last, …eh why? like duh?! who can’t pay $9.50 for a ticket?!
nevertheless, free is always good! WA-HA-HA (evil laughter)
since nuffnang is giving away free tickets by just blogging, i shall do my part by spreading the kiasu-ism!
so the things i do for free tickets, hmmm.. let’s see:
1. write “I WANT FREE TICKET” on my red underwear and walk around orchard road
…erm maybe not; i don’t wanna become the next steven-lim-wannabe
okay, bitching on the net is in now.. and yes, this is about the very recent war, or should i say, “cat-fight” that our dear xiaxue started..
well, this is too interesting not to blog about; i just couldn’t resist! and who knows? years later, when all this makes history, maybe someone who need my journalization to do his/her homework..
anyway anyhow anywhat, xx got the ball rolling by blogging about “the top 7 disgusting bloggers in sg blogosphere”.. actually, not really all 7 of them, xx added Maddox and herself in, probably for some entertainment value and also to lighten the atmosphere abit since she’s going directly against the five of them, namely, Steven Lim, Maia Lee, Ice Angel, Lao Zha Bor & Celest Chen..
a summary of why they are in her list is ‘cos xx thinks: 1. steven’s face is disgusting, and his body, and his curly black hairs 2. maia is a has-been, and not “professional” enough to be on stomp 3. ice angel is trying to act chio and her blue nail polish is ugly 4. laozhabor is too old for blogosphere shit, and too young in blogosphere to utter slander against xx 5. celest is trying too hard to be sexy and hogs on her bf for fame
obviously there are more defamation, those are just the main points
all has reacted to it except for maia.. my guess is that she would too get fired off stomp if she starts swearing on her starblog..
well i would say the top retort was to, explain yourself..
1. steven deny he’s ugly, 2. ice angel says she never claimed to be pretty, 3. laozhabor inquires, what’s wrong with living life a younger way? 4. & celest insists that she should call her bf by his full name
from the rebukes, we saw different type of attitude towards xx’s nasty blog post..
the two young girls(celest & ice angel) both claim that the post didn’t affect them, (and yet bothered to explained themselves)
the old woman was saddened by it, but yet blames singapore’s education instead of xx..
eh, women like to act gracious is it? zhen bu ming bai! (really don’t understand!)
anyway, the ever-trying-so-hard-to-be-famous eyebrow plucker, had the biggest disapproval and even made a video(AGAIN! remember project superstar averil?) to defame xx..
i got so amused (like everyone else) by his video and made it into a MTV! watch out for xiaxue’s signature “BAH!” right at the end of the video! haha
needless to put up the original video here, but if any of you who haven’t watch it yet, please do so (‘cos it’s gonna be the video of the year! hahaha) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=riBS5cURFRI
this is more fun then mediacorp i swear! LIVE CAT-FIGHTS on the net; steven doesn’t behave like a man when he’s being insulted, so don’t ask me why a guy cat-fights too
nevertheless, xiaxue DID IT AGAIN! let’s hope for sequels to embark!
okay, i know i’m taking donkey years to blog, but hey! i’m don’t get money through blogging, so i can only blog when i’m free..
hmm.. so… where was i?
oh!
that misleading sign is in kl’s train station.. and we found out if you continue the train for another 14 hours, you’ll reach thailand! that’s 24 bloody hours from singapore to thailand!
we were kinda lost when we first reached but we managed to find our way through asking around.. the malaysians were very friendly and helpful..
and they queue while waiting for trains lor!
we reached there in the morning; everybody was like going to work, so it’s kinda squeezy in the trains..
couldn’t find a very very budget hotel, so we settled on this:
and i realised there’s an orb when editting this pic.. gasp!
we weren’t sure if we’re allowed to share a room for the 4 of us, so throughout the 3 days, we went up 2 by 2 just in case if we need to pay extra for another room..
anyway, we ate breakfast to fill our empty stomachs from the 10 hours ride, and walked around the area till noon..
then we settled for late lunch at some hongkong restaurant:
looks retro in grayscale huh?
and well, with bloggers around, you’ll see us taking photos all the time!
oh, and i think more than half of our whole expenditure went to food! this was more like a eating trip!
yummy!
next we went to the theme park at times square and they forced me into sitting the roller-coaster ride lah!
for those who don’t know, i so hate sitting roller-coasters..
conclusion:
i closed my eyes throughout!
AND THEY FEEL THAT IT’S NOT ENOUGH!
this time i didn’t care, i’m not going to sit that ride..
how to survive a ride like this?!
and i declare that the 3 of them are crazy, ‘cos they went to sit the roller-coaster AGAIN! OMFG
managed to capture this shot:
this is more of a ride for me: HAHAHA!
random candyfloss shots:
next stop was Ju-Cheong-Gai aka chinatown, and on the way there i found this free hp charger machine thingy at one of the train stations:
dinner time!
did some shopping there and it was like 11 plus already, so we headed back to our hotel..
wanted to go clubbing that night but we were so beat, so we settled on foot massage!
AND THE NEXT DAY…
went to this resturant called “Hot Mama”
the set meals were very worth it; they’re like RM10 only and with free desert!
and we went to sing k!
definitely much more cooler than singapore’s, and their drinks and tidbits were…
with free flow around, we’re all living the singaporean spirit!
random camwhoring:
KLCC was next, and the one thing not to be missed… ..DUNKIN’ DONUTS!
but we didn’t do much there ‘cos we wanted to go back to ju-cheong-gai to shop!
shopping @ ju-cheong-gai is highly classified! so i can’t blog any of that here! HA!
dinner there:
next was clubbing @ la queen!
sorry but this was the best pic there, we were having too much fun we forgot about photos! haha
this mobile steamboat was right outside our hotel and it was still there after clubbing, so we decided to give it a try..
after a good nite sleep, we were already on our last day there!
this was brunch:
and after some last minute shopping, we board our bus back to singapore..
(they are so gonna kill me that i posted this pic! :X)
there was a small hoo-haa at our rest stop:
basically, there were some miscommunication and the whole bus were waiting for me, fabian & ken.. it was until a point whereby the driver wanted to leave without us already! ah moon frantically raced down to get us on the bus and we were bloody heng we’re not abandoned in malaysia with all our luggage still on the bus..
we reached singapore about 11+
trip was fun except for the scary thought that we were almost left stranded there!
that’s all for the pics, i’ve still got some videos to post up.. so stay tuned!
