so i was at this NTU pageant thingy last saturday.. basically, i was very extra there lah! haha
josiah and classmates were helping them out with one of the “project runway” segment.. so i just tagged along to the event dinner to help them take photos..
they made the garments from scratch! uber cool!
so when i reach Novotel Hotel, the contestants/ambassadors were busy being dolled up by the people from Kimage and “Plato The Republic Makeup Academy” (anyone heard of this makeup school?)
i was quite impressed with the makeup crew, just look at their stuff!
jo had gotten his male contestant some very unique accessories, like this “O-o-o-o-o-h-h-h-h” chain:

…and so after dressing all of them up, we proceeded down for the event dinner
the food was SUPERB! this dish was only the starters and you can already tell how good are they!
i wasn’t in a good mood that day, so i thought, Heck lah! just wear anything will do.. BUT i was seriously under-dressed lah! clad in t-shirt, jacket & jeans for an event dinner?! OMGYM…
anyway, the event show started with the runway, then performance by the contestant and finally the (all-pageant-must-have) Q&A segment..

. . . . . . . . . . yeah, i wished.. haha! the “paris hilton” was one of the performance..
apparently, the girls were going googoogaagaa over this particular male contestant: according to them, he’s super hot.. haha
anyway, totally enjoyed myself throughout the whole event, and in the end i didn’t had to pay anything for the dinner!
