I managed to find time off my insanely hectic schedule and attended one of the blogger events last Saturday afternoon… Kudos to Estee, I was invited to the Gilette Fusion Power Event, cum Gold Class premier of Quantum of Solace!

The brunch buffet was held at this new restaurant called Serenity. And when I reached, Estee armed herself with the polaroid camera and shot the table I joined.

I looooove polaroids. How can they stop making those gold ol’ square ones?! Argh.

This was a very nice shot of Nad & me, but she took it before I can lay my hands on it! Humph.

So anyway, GOLD CLASS WAS UBER COOL CAN! (Sorry ah, if I sound very sua-ku, that was my first time in a gold class theatre lah!!!)

The seat is akin to those business class seats on an airplane; Super comfy and the leg rest is adjustable by just pressing the up or down button, and even a blanket in case you feel cold! PLUS there’re waiters to serve you your complimentary drink and popcorn.

Movie was great but I thought that Casino Royale was better.

So it was a Gillette event right? Of cos, there’ll be a Gillette goodie bag for us!

Apparently there’s a contest for everyone to stand a chance to win either S$10,000 OR a uber cool Nissan ride!

…and it’s so easy to enter this “Car vs. Cash Showdown” contest!

1. Simply purchase any Gillette Fusion Razor (Fusion Manual, Fusion Power or Fusion Phantom) from participating retail outlets.
2. Answer 3 questions in the form of True/False questions.
3. Complete the slogan and then mail in the completed accompanying contest forms.

Closing date for entries is Wednesday 31st December 2008, so you’d better hurry up! The 5 participating outlets are Fairprice Hougang Point, Watsons Tampines Mall, Carrefour Suntec City, Guardian West Mall and Mustafa.

On another note, I’ve finally picked my guest blogger! He’ll be helping me entertain the people who wants to see more frequent updates over here. Weee so exciting! Thanks alot to the people who’d emailed me, sorry that I can only pick one guest blogger, if not it’ll be very chaotic over here.

WOKAY, so I’m really busy right now and I’ve just gotten myself even busier by taking up another project. WHICH MEANS, I won’t have the time for my blog at all…

And it struck me that maybe I should get a guest blogger to write here! FYI if some of you guys have never come across with this kind of blogging culture, it’s a fairly popular practice by some bloggers, whenever they are unavailable to blog for that period of time!

So guest bloggers would blog on behalf of the original blogger, about anything they want! (obviously non-NSFW or blogger-bashing content)

I’ve never really thought about it though Nadia always tell me that I should get a guest blogger when I’m not free to blog.

Since this is like the perfect time to do so, and also of the intention to revive my dying blog, I now invite YOU to write on my blog!

Basically, if you’re interested, here are the 3 simple rules!

#1: I’m allowing plugging of your own blog/domain, but pleeeeassssse don’t just write here for the sake of diverting the traffic ok?
#2: No posting of explicit images of boobies, birdies and bees.
#3: BLOG! The least I would expect of you is, not to blog! Please don’t follow my bad example of MIA-ing.
