ast month, Fabian and I went to catch the much-hyped musical, Chicago! The seats we had gotten were a tad ex, but what’s the point of watching a play from afar right?
Had a very bad experience watching the Kumar show the other time when we sat all the way back at the second level!

Don’t know why but I felt like dressing up to watch this musical and I styled my hair in this retro-ish rolled-back fashion!

The entire theatre was packed!

Of course, photography wasn’t allowed so I can’t post photos of the actors on stage.
My take on the play? Love the songs, love the energy, and the monotone but alluring wardrobe!
The only thing I didn’t fancy was the change of stage set, or lack of thereof. I remember watching the Mamma Mia musical in London and the stage sets were so interesting! A vast different from Chicago which had only one set throughout with a few makeshift ladders and chairs.
But I guess the great songs and dance, and the hot bodies make up for that. Heh! The songs from the musical stuck in my head for a few days after watching it! That’s how good it is!
It is not showing anymore now, but if you really wanna listen to the songs, you can always YouTube it!
