Sometime earlier in March, I was cam assist to Audi for the video production of the preview for a menswear label, Emmanuel. If I’m not wrong, it was meant for its launch during Men’s Fashion Week that happened not too long ago.

It was my first time being camera assistant, thankfully I didn’t screw anything up! Ha! But due to the lack of production assistants, I did felt like the lowest living being on set; From setting up cameras, to running errands, to picking up the rubbish at the end of the shoot. No complaints though, it was quite a worthwhile experience!

And I got to play with a smoke machine! First time dealing with one and it was so fun! I was putting up this nonchalant facade, but I was squealing inside every time I could press the button! *press* *PPPPSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHH* SO FUN!!! :D

Nicholas Chee of Sinema was doing the directing.

The set up was quite minimal but effective at the same time. Although I personally feel that the props could have been more dynamic and unconventional.

And that’s me trying to camwhore with the mirror while the big boys are discussing the shots.

…AND IT’S A WRAP!
